The Yellow Card Scheme, run by the U.K.’s Medicines and
Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), collects information from health professionals and patients on
suspected adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Data is collected on prescription meds, herbal remedies and OTC meds. Now,
reports of suspected ADRs can be submitted online. Additionally,*data that has been collected by the Yellow Card
Scheme for over 40 years can be accessed at the program’s new website.
