CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: Technological Innovations in Nursing Education & Practice

Conference Overview:

Explore new technologies and creative solutions across associate, baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral nursing education that will change how we teach our next generation of nurses and nursing leaders.
Innovators from across the country will present novel approaches to improve the quality of nursing education programs at all levels. Participate in this dynamic conference and acquire new ideas for both classroom and clinical teaching.

Our juried sessions provide wonderful opportunities to share your ideas, innovations & creative solutions in clinical practice & education.

To be considered:

1. Please e-mail a one-page abstract** including a title and description of presentation techniques, with no identifying personal information, to Dr. Fran Cornelius (fc28@drexel.edu) to facilitate blind peer review.
2. In a separate e-mail, please provide the following: list the names of each presenter along with credentials, job titles, work affiliations, addresses, e-mails and phone numbers. Indicate the primary contact if there is more than one presenter.
3. All presentations must be 45-50 minutes in length and will be followed by a question and answer period (total of 1 hour per session).
4. Selected presenters must be paid registrants for at least the day of their scheduled presentation.

**Please follow the 5th Edition Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA) format for abstracts.

Submission deadline:

All abstracts must be emailed to Fran Cornelius (fc28@drexel.edu) no later than October 15, 2007 to be considered. Please use subject line: Tech Abstract 2008. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your proposal via email.

Notification: you will receive notice of the final status of your submission by November 15, 2007 via email.
