the*e-healthcare space, is an Internet site for radiologists and related professionals in the medical imaging
industry. IMV, headquartered in Greenbelt, Maryland, is a marketing research and consulting firm that*specializes
in medical and other advanced healthcare technology.* Kodak’s rationale for selling AuntMinnie:* “We are a
provider of medical imaging and information systems. Owning a news and information Web site isn’t part of our core
strategy,”*according to*Dan Kerpelman, president of Kodak’s
Health Imaging Group.
