| HELP~NI Strategic Plan I would like to prepare a strategic plan for my department however I have very little experience in preparing such a document. Could all of you very skillful clinicians out there point me in some direction as far as the basics; resources, references, etc. Does my strategic plan have to be "in line" with the institutions or is it separate? Is it a where I vision informatics going at my institution type of document? Who should approve such a document? I would appreciate any feedback. As always, Thanks. |
