Manager, Applied Clinical Informatics

Requires a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of related experience.

Demonstrated customer service skills, the ability to communicate well, and problem solving skills are essential.

Technical proficiency in operating systems and general industry applications is vital.

In this position, you will be responsible for accurate, timely data collection and analysis, statistical analysis, scientific abstraction, and manuscript preparation for the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Partnering with the Cardiothoracic Chair, Physicians, Division Directors, and the Research Director, you will provide data to support the development of clinical research and reporting pathways.

Additionally, you will oversee the Data Specialist for the Heart Transplant and Mechanical Assist Device Program to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled.

You will also act as the interface for the implementation of new software programs and outside agencies.

Master's degree preferred.
