Working collaboratively with users of clinical information systems, is responsible for the coordination and integration of nursing science, computer science and information science in the identification, collection, analysis, management and evaluation of data and information to support clinical practice and organizational strategic goals. Utilizes the knowledge and skills of clinical practice to determine clinical functions suitable for computer application and to ensure information systems are consistent with professional standards of clinical practice. Provides consultation to individuals and groups of staff.

MSN required.
Specialty certification in Nursing Informatics preferred.
5 years progressive nursing experience.
Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
