Sr. Training Analyst I - Clinical Informatics

Assist with planning, development and coordination of all Clinical Informatics project related training activities and other organizational training as assigned. This will encompass needs assessments, development of curriculum and training materials, and participation in the development and administration of 'train-the-trainer' programs. In addition, you will play a central role in the development and support of a matrix of technology-enabled learning products (such as WBT/CBT) and traditional instructional materials as well as serve as a lead developer of instructional media for Clinical Informatics project related training activities.

The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Computer Science, Education, Business (with concentration in Training and Development), Instructional Design or other related area is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in related business, clinical or training area, including 3 years experience in technical training or instruction.
• Healthcare background & experience with contemporary instructional design and graphics software applications preferred.
