Job Description: - Promotes QuadraMed as thought-leader and QuadraMed products as best choice for target market by developing/maintaining professional presence and visibility in the healthcare industry through participation in professional Care Management activities.
- Leads the Company's efforts in providing product requirements and design and creating strategic product plans.
- Collaborates with customers in the target market, company staff, executive management and other stakeholders in leading strategic product planning
- Tracks target market requirements, technology trends, industry initiatives, regulatory requirements, and the status of the competition.
- Provides leadership in development of the overall strategic Care Management product roadmap
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of the company's business plans and specific business goals, objectives and priorities.
- Consults with Sales and Marketing personnel regarding the competition and target market trends
- Consults with Sales regarding target market and product education sessions
- Consults with Marketing for development of product collateral and messaging initiatives, and for development of sales tools
- Identifies and assists Business Development in developing and managing vendor relationships that provide competitive advantage to the QuadraMed product line
- Provides domain expertise and assistance to Business Analyst Managers, Customer Services Managers, and Support Managers
- Works with QuadraMed personnel assigned to monitor healthcare regulatory requirements

- Bachelors degree in related field with professional certification or licensure in relevant field required
- Advanced degree desirable
