Clinical Informatics Coordinator (Care Transformation)

Responsibilities:

• The Clinical Informatics Coordinator provides first line support for facility users of clinical applications and workflow changes.
• Coordinates staff education of Clinical Information systems.
• Collaborates with end-users to help define health care information problems and identifying solutions.
• Participates in facility wide process improvement teams related to clinical information systems.
• Develops and maintains surgical preference cards within the computer system.

Qualifications:

• This position requires current RN licensure for state of Wyoming.
• Must possess knowledge of clinical nursing practice and adult learning principles.
• Must possess basic understanding of the integrated Operating Room system.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Employees are expected to adhere to facility´s service standards, code of conduct and organizational values in all their interactions with patients, other customers, and fellow employees.
