[telemedicine] ONCHIT Conference Call Sceduled for Mext Week

The Office of the National Health Information Technology
Coordinator (ONCHIT) will be holding a conference call on December 6 to address any questions related to the
Request For Information (RFI) released on November 15. ONCHIT is seeking public comment regarding how widespread
interoperability of health information technologies and health information exchange can be achieved through a National
Health Information Network (NHIN). Due to the lack of congressional funding for the ONCHIT, many*stakeholders have
expressed concern with the perceived lack of federal support of this NHIN project.


To participate in the conference call, you must register
before December 6th at 12:00 PM, EST.

For those unable to participate in the conference call, ONCHIT will post a transcript of the call on this website on or
before December 16th.
