*According to a study published in the current issue of the journal Cancer, monthly visits with an oncology nurse helped men undergoing treatment for prostate cancer and their partners get through some common post-treatment problems including sexual dysfunction and worry about cancer recurrence.*Focusing on quality of life issues, the nurses helped patients identify their concerns through an interactive computer program, and figure out what to do about them.
