• The topic discussion will look at project management to support your practice including project management overview and the development and use of the project management office.
• The keynote presentations will be followed by a facilitated panel discussion which will allow for conference attendees to discuss project management from the perspective of the novice project manager, the consultant, and the clinical nurse
