Program Manager, Outcomes Measurement & Reporting

Our client, Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass, seeks an experienced
individual to oversee a hospital-wide outcomes measurement and reporting
program. Reporting to the Director, Quality Improvement & Evaluation,
he/she will manage efforts to identify key opportunities to improve quality
and cost-effectiveness of care, evaluate the success of performance
improvement initiatives and meet external reporting requirements.

In this highly visible position, the successful candidate will have strong
health care measurement methods skills, including case mix and severity
adjustment, as well as heatlh care information systems, statistics and
reporting expertise. Clinical experience is a plus but not a requirement.
A Bachelor's degree is required, Masters preferred and at least 3-5 years
experience in a provider organization is preferred too.
