Our National Global Health Solutions Group within Consulting Group is fully focused on the healthcare industries. It is operated independently, accountable for its own sales and delivery resources but still able to leverage the broader profile of CSC.

We have immediate needs for experienced consultants and health care industry professionals with full-life cycle Epic Informatics experience for inpatient and professional clinic sites.

CSC Healthcare provides solutions that help our provider client’s optimize patient care, achieve cost savings, and meet regulatory compliance. Your role will be to design/redesign business/clinical processes or integrate technology to maximize the impact of the hospital efficiency and improve the quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Health professional with full lifecycle experience in Epic System implementation, workflow and process experience in a healthcare environment
Focus includes the assessing current state, understanding and defining future state of a clinical environment particularly as it relates to new systems or upgrades.
Leverage a solid knowledge of clinical operations and processes to insure critical clinical and business processes are maintained and improved during an implementation.
Responsible for achieving results through training, educating and working with client users, managers and implementers to use the product correctly to achieve for full functionality.

Qualifications:

Must have at least one full lifecycle Epic implementation experience in one or more of the following modules: Ambulatory, MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, Tapestry, EpicCare Emergency, EpicCare Inpatient- Pharmacy and Order Entry build is a plus.
Candidate must have fully engaged through a successful full life cycle of Epic System implementation.
5 years experience in clinical system project work.
Experience leading small client teams through redesign, build, test and deployment of new business processes to achieve full functionality of the process.
Demonstrated a solid understanding of the full project life cycle including: facilitating design sessions, mapping and configuring data values, work-flow development, functional testing, training and user support.
Executive and effective skills interacting with hospital management and user community.
Candidate should have healthcare management consulting experience or significant implementation experience working for the vendor, or hospital provider.

Education: Require BS, Epic Certification, MBA desirable.

Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel 90% or more.
