Associate Chief, Nursing Informatics & Supply Management

Our client, a Boston-area academic medical center and multi-specialty physician group practice, has an immediate opening for an Associate Chief, Nursing Informatics & Supply Management. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this individual will be responsible or nursing informatics, infrastructure and finance. He/she will manage and be responsible for the interface between the Departments of Nursing and Information Technology to produce, manage and combine data and information that bears nursing and management practice. In addition, the Associate Chief will develop fiscal year nursing budgets, review budget performance throughout the year to ensure nursing remains within budget, work closely with the Purchasing Director regarding supply utilization/initiatives in medical surgical and critical care areas and supervise administrative supervisors.
