Description:
Directs development of goals and objectives and provides leadership in any or all of the following area(s): actuarial health care utilization analysis, health care reimbursement analysis, specialized reporting systems, pricing/underwriting, provider risk programs and selection strategies.
8-10 years relevant experience required. Thorough knowledge of PC usage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3-5 years supervisory experience. Managed care industry knowledge required. Extensive knowledge of Health Data Analysis.

Responsibilities:
The Informatics Administrator should have the following:

IT background.

RN BSN minimum.

Current State of Florida Registered Nurse Licensed.

BSN / Master?s preferred.

Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.

Lead person in charge of clinical and nursing informatics systems.

Previous experience in development and implementation of a bedside system including data screen building, preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Word Processing, Spread Sheet, Presentation and Project Management software.
