[nrsing-l] Privacy Survey

Duke University Nursing Informatics graduate students are
conducting an online survey to learn more about nurse and
patient perceptions of health-related privacy. This is a
totally anonymous web survey to evaluate perceptions related to
healthcare information privacy. One link leads to a
nurse/healthcare provider survey. The other leads to a
healthcare consumer survey. Because nurses are both providers
and consumers of health care, please feel free to complete both
surveys. Also please forward the survey to any healthcare
consumers and/or additional nurses that might be interested.

Our research proposal has been reviewed and found exempt by
Duke's Institutional Review Board.
