UMass Memorial Health Care (UMMHC) is the largest healthcare system in Central and Western Massachusetts and the clinical partner of the UMass School of Medicine. We’re adding more state-of-the-art information technology systems and are looking for highly-skilled professionals for the role of Applications Specialist.

As the Applications Specialist, you will work with the latest healthcare technology solutions and use your experience to lead major change in multi-platform environments.

You will work with various levels of the organization and be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of major I.S. technology projects in multi-platform environments, from the definition of the clients’ needs to the delivery of the complete technology solution.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the selection, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance and utilization of LAN, WAN, and peripherals to effectively support the clinical or business information systems needs of assigned clients.

Requirements Also Include:

• Experience with LAN, WAN, and peripherals required
• Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience
• Sr. Desktop exp supporting remote sites
• Good interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable being the first contact for end users
