IS Training Supervisor

In this instructional position, you will utilize your expertise to supervise and implement applications training programs for our Clinical areas. Across the five NYPH campuses, you will provide education and end-user support to our dedicated team of health professionals. Your knowledge of Eclipsys, and other electronic medical reporting systems, will contribute to delivering the world-class care for which we are renowned. Working with end-users and the IT staff, you will develop instructor and user materials to advance the highest level of care for our patients.

The qualified candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of managerial experience with an emphasis in nursing informatics instruction. Working knowledge of personal computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Hospital policies and procedures, is crucial. A proactive approach in identifying organizational training priorities is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are also key.
